RETURNS POLICY

At Sugar Art Boutique great care is taken for the packaging of our delicate Sugar Flowers to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition, unfortunately through transit breakages can occur.    

We only replace items if they were damaged or broken, you can return it back to us at your expense we will not be responsible for any missing in transit or damaged shipment. We advise you send them back to us with Express Post or Registered Post. 

   

REFUNDS

For a full refund or exchange please email us within 3 business days with a photo of your product, once received we will process a new shipment for you or a refund.
